We’re looking for a hands-on PLC/Controls expert who can step in, diagnose issues fast, and keep high-speed production running without missing a beat.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own troubleshooting and optimization of Allen-Bradley PLC systems
- Get hands-on with automation, electrical systems, and production equipment
- Program and dial in VFDs for performance and efficiency
- Eliminate downtime through preventative maintenance and fast response
- Work directly with operations to fix problems in real time
🎯 What You Need
- 3+ years in manufacturing / industrial environments
- Strong PLC programming & troubleshooting (Rockwell / RSLogix / FactoryTalk)
- Experience with 3-phase systems + industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, RS485)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment
